1. Stay Cool , wear cotton clothes , wear loose clothings
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Stay under fan , shades
4. Do not exercise heavy in summer
5. Take baths
6. Drink lemon juice , glucose water frequently
7. Refrain from going out in Sun for unnecessary works
8. Eat leafy vegetables in summer
9. Do not eat spicy food
10. Do not eat meat , fish and egg in excess amount
11. Better always keep a bottle of water with you.
12. Don't be lazy to see doctor if you feel unhealthy.
